Welcome to GR Dermatology & Wellness, a provider-owned practice dedicated to delivering personalized, accessible, and compassionate dermatologic care.

I’m Ashley Lopez, MSN, APRN, AGCNS-BC, an Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of experience in healthcare. My background in medical dermatology has shaped my approach to care: listen carefully, look at the whole picture, and develop an individualized treatment plan rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

At GR Dermatology & Wellness, I provide care for a wide range of skin, hair, and nail concerns, from common dermatologic conditions to more complex and chronic skin disease. I also provide mobile dermatology services to skilled nursing and assisted living communities, helping bring specialty skin care to patients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing it.

In addition to medical dermatology, GR Dermatology & Wellness offers cosmetic dermatology and medical weight management, with each service guided by the same commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.

My goal is simple: for every patient to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

My Philosophy

I believe exceptional care begins with listening. Every patient’s experience is different, and treatment should reflect the individual—not simply the diagnosis.

My goal is to create an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns, understand their treatment options, and feel actively involved in decisions about their care. When a condition is difficult to manage, I believe in continuing to evaluate, adjust, and explore appropriate options rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. At GR Dermatology & Wellness, patients are treated with compassion, respect, and individualized attention at every stage of their care.

My Approach

My approach combines evidence-based medicine with thoughtful, individualized treatment planning. I consider not only what I see during an examination, but also a patient's medical history, previous treatments, medications, lifestyle, goals, and the ways their condition may be affecting their daily life.

When appropriate, I collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, facility nursing teams, caregivers, and families to help provide continuity of care.

Whether care is provided through telemedicine, in a facility, or during an in-person visit, my goal remains the same: to provide thorough, accessible care while ensuring patients feel heard and informed.
